Log into your Crave Direct account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
